Welcome with Tender coconut/fruit juice by the service boy followed by a short introduction about the cruising and the local geography. Later cruise starts and you'll be taken to the magical waterways of Alleppey.

Houseboat will stop for your lunch, with a lavish menu of traditional Kerala cuisines with healthy dishes
Cruising 02:00 PM

Relax and enjoy the Canals, rivers, and backwater through cruising.
Evening tea 04:00 PM

Provide you evening snacks & continue the cruising that covers beautiful rivers and canals shaded with coconut trees and small village houses dotted cover there, green paddyfields, old churches, etc.. You can get the surface in between and can experience the taste of toddy.

House boat will anchor in our private anchoring area. (Till next day morning 08:00 AM)

Houseboats are for exclusive usage and not shared.
Houseboats are accompanied by navigator and cook.
Meal plan - Starts with Lunch and ends with Breakfast (Typical Kerala Cuisine, if you require any other cuisine inform us at least 5 days in advance)
The Houseboat will anchor by 5:30 PM for the night stay and will retain the cruise the very next morning at 08:00 AM. There is no cruising in the lake allowed in the evening hours or late night.
You can use A/C anytime required in PREMIUM / LUXURY Houseboats.
The houseboat has limited facilities and resources. Do not compare with Hotels and Home.
Swimming in the backwater is strictly prohibited
Do not cause noise disturbance to the villagers during night halt.
The Food and beverage service on the houseboat is only up to 10:30 PM.
Guests are not permitted to remain or sleep outside the rooms after 10:30 PM.
Boat will be halted for one hour during lunch break.
The distance we cover is about 20-30 kms and the place of the night halt will be decided by the captain according to the weather and climate

We booked three bedroom deluxe houseboat with alleppey houseboat club, Special thanks to whole crew for making all arrangements properly. It was awesome experience with the house boat. The boat was very good with neat rooms, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, AC, cabinets in the room, table, and the deck had sofas and a dining table. The staff was too friendly and good at their job. the cruise in the backwaters for the full day.. we did fishing too..

The trip on houseboat was really wonderful. The houseboat was clean and very comfortable. The food was really very good, specially being from northern part of India and the fact that we had faced quite a few issues with food at other hotels and restaurant in Kerala, and was much better than what they ate at other places while in Kerala. Your houseboat staff was courteous and their service was prompt and wonderful.

I have visited with my wife and another family friend. We enjoyed a lot in this houseboat. Food was too good and we got the experience of having home made food inside Houseboat. Stuffs were very good and helpful. Rooms were clean . From pickup to drop it was well organized by them and overall we had very good experience.

It was a wonderful experience from the time we boarded the houseboat. It was quite clean and very similar to the gallery picture, except for normal wear and tear. The open deck is not too long but adequate enough to let everyone get a place to enjoy the beauty of the backwaters.

It’s very difficult to choose a good reliable houseboat company from the hundreds around, especially if, like us, you want to book before you arrive in Alleppey so my advice is look no further and book with alleppey houseboat club. My husband and I, our two friends stayed on a Pournami houseboat for 1 night and we found the whole experience Fabulous! The staff were attentive and very friendly but not at all pushy and mostly left us alone to just enjoy the peace and quiet and stunning scenery.

It was our first experience in a houseboat….I spend my vacation with my wife, parents and in-laws.. Good staff and they are very co operative..The bedroom were neat and well maintained… Traditional kerala style food was too delicious and obviously the beauty of backwaters was just amazing…Truly it was a wonderful and memorable journey.
