C-form filing for foreigner arrival

It’s mandatory to file C-Form for every international guest. For this purpose, our guest can take printout of the file [either Word file or PDF] attached below and prefill it before arrival

• Separate forms have to be filled by each and every one in the group
• Guest’s recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the c-form
• Should be hand over to our houseboat team on Check in time
• Copy of the Passport [Front and Back Page] & Visa Copy must be attached along with the printed form
