We have separate refund policy for domestic and international guests as follows:
Domestic Travellers

7 Days before trip 100% refund. Between 6-0 days no refund.

International Travellers

10 Days before trip 100% refund.Between 6-0 days no refund.

In both cases bank charges applicable and its paid from guest side.
